The Niagara waterfalls are located in two countries which New York, in the United States, and Ontario in Canada and Situated on the Niagara River that flow Lake Erie to Lake Ontario. Niagara waterfalls consist of three waterfalls. They are Horseshoe Falls, the American Falls, and the Bridal Veil Falls. The Horseshoe Falls is in the Canadian side, and American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls are in the United States
Horseshoe FallsThe Horseshoe Falls also known as the Canadian Falls is the largest, widely and most spectacular fall of the Niagara Falls. The Horseshoe Falls is 53m (173 feet) height and 790 m (2,600 feet) wide.
In addition, Horseshoe Falls is the largest waterfall as measured by high flow rate of the water, about 100,000 cubic feet per second. It is situated 75 miles (121 km) from southern Toronto, Canada and separated from American Falls by a small island called “Goat Island.”
The American Falls
The American Falls is the second largest one of the Niagara Falls. The height of the American Falls is about 30 m (100 feet) and wide of the fall is 320 m (1,060 feet).
It is located 17 miles (27 km) from city of Buffalo, New York
Bridal Veil Falls
This is The Smallest one of the Niagara Falls. The height of the Bridal Veil Falls is about 55 m (181 feet) and wide of the fall is 17 m (56 feet). It is located between Luna Island and Goat Island in the united state.
